"I have had the pleasure of working with your team from the first call to see if the home was available all the way to our move in date. I relocated my family from Rochester, NY to Cumming, Georgia. I must have personally looked at 40 homes before settling on what I called a good “gut instinct” in a short amount of time – that is my home today. I originally meant with Sharon Jones, she was a pleasure to work with. Sharon unlike a few other experiences I have had, delivered everything in a timely manner through the negotiation process up to and including accurate paperwork as we discussed, it was a comforting feeling as I signed everything. The next phase was moving in, I had the pleasure of working with Nat (Builder). As Sharon was - Nat was right on the money also. I, before moving in did a complete and thorough walk through of the home inside and out all the way down to the minor details. Nat’s team did the normal prep before move in as agreed and most importantly for me it was very timely. One of the big selling points for me (among others) was the home warranty that Touchstone offers as well. As I mentioned earlier, we did a pre walk through where I had the ability to point out everything that I wanted addressed – not even fixed just reviewed as the home is new. Next which will be coming soon is the 30 day walk through which is the same process – it allows me to spend some more time in detail looking at the home and report back to Nat any additional points I would addressed, and lastly we will do a two year inspection as well. Moving from Rochester NY to Cumming Georgia was a big step for my family and I, and I can certainly say that working with Touchstone and now living in a Touchstone home was the best move I had made.
