How does the Sales Process Work?
- The first step is to visit one of our communities. We are open daily or you may call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of our New Home Specialists if you prefer.
- Once your have decided on the home of your choice, your New Home Specialist will prepare the Purchase & Sale Agreement and all related documentation.
- You will be required to bring a builder deposit in the form of a check made payable to Touchstone Homes GA, Inc. Acceptance of the deposit is a commitment of the builder to hold your home off the market.
- Your New Home Specialist will answer any questions you may have as you go through the entire sales process. You will also be provided a Homeowner Manual to help guide you as well. This manual will serve as a handy reference tool throughout the entire process and also contains important warranty information.
- When you have signed all documents, they will be sent to Touchstone Homes for acceptance. Once the Purchase & Sale Agreement is accepted by Touchstone Homes, copies will be distributed to all parties.
- We encourage you to ask your New Home Specialist questions throughout the building process. Our team approach to sales assures that you are in good hands, from the moment you walk into our door until the moment you walk into yours.
