New Home Specialist Apply Online
The New Home Specialist’s essential duties are to meet assigned sales and individual performance goals while representing Touchstone Homes to prospective buyers in a professional and honest manner. New Home Specialists are also required to provide excellent customer service to ensure each buyer is satisfied with their choice of Touchstone Homes.
Builder Apply Online
This position will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing all aspects of construction from permitting to orientation sign off; including keeping up their construction schedule daily. An important part of this position is insuring that all trade partners’ work is up to Touchstone Homes’ quality standards, ACC Guidelines and local jurisdiction codes. The Builder is also responsible for supervision of finish managers, meeting with customers and inspectors. This position will be responsible for meeting both budget and schedule requirements as set out by the company.
