Closing Date and Location
Touchstone Homes will notify you in writing of your closing date, time and location and other helpful information you will need for closing.
Utility and Community Services
You will receive the company names and contact information for your convenience. This will help you when calling the utility companies to transfer service into your name by closing day so there is no interruption in your service.
“The Final Number”
Your lender should provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” after loan application and contract acceptance. A more accurate amount of what you will need to bring to closing will be given to you by your lender usually within a couple of days before the closing date. Remember to bring a Certified Check or Bank Check made payable to yourself that you will endorse at closing.
