Q. Do I have to be a Touchstone Homeowner to get the referral fee?
A. No – anyone can refer someone to buy a Touchstone Home
Q. What does my friend have to do for me to qualify for the $50 gift card and the money at closing?
A. Nothing other than come to the sales center to look at our homes and receive information about Touchstone homes.
Q. Where are your sales centers?
A. Please visit the Communities Page of our website at Community Link for locations and information on our neighborhoods.
Q. What if I do not know what neighborhood my friend is interested in?
A. No problem – Our internet Sales Consultant will call them and help them narrow down their search.
Q. Do I have to go to the sales center to get my $50 gift certificate?
A. No – when your friend visits our sales center, we will send you the gift certificate of your choice, just be sure to note your preference on the referral form.
Q. Does my friend get anything when they visit the sales center?
A. They get a great opportunity to take advantage of the Touchstone Homes quality, great locations and excellent floor plans. In addition, we will have a special gift for them.
Q. Does my sales agent qualify for the referral fee?
A. No – this program is designed for people who do not already benefit monetarily from your home purchase.
