I have not written a contract, but I'm interested in purchasing a Touchstone Home. Can I tour the Design Studio?
Absolutely! Ask the New Home Specialist in the neighborhood you are interested in for an invitation to our weekly VIP "Tuscan Tuesdays" from 7-9pm. Click on the invitation to print a copy and call to reserve your spot!
How long do I have to complete my personal selections?
What if I change my mind later about a selection I've made?
All selections must be finalized within 15 days of contract acceptance. Extending beyond this deadline (or making changes after the selections have been finalized) may cause delays to contruction, extend your closing date, or result in the inability to make or change certain selections.

Now that I have written a contract, how do I make an appointment for the Design Studio?
Your New Home Specialist may be able to make the appointment for you while you are writing your contract. If not, the Design Studio will call you within a couple of days after to schedule your appointment.
Can I bring my children with me to the Design Studio?
Please keep in mind that you will be making many important decisions during your appointment at the Design Studio. Therefore we encourage you to make every effort to arrange childcare to make the best use of your time at the Design Studio. We have a children's play room at our Design Studio so that, if necessary, your children can wait safely for you to complete your selections. Even though this is an unsupervised space, we have a closed circuit TV system that will allow you to monitor your children during your appointment. |

 Will I have to pay a deposit on my personal selections?
At the conclusion of your appointment, a percentage of the total amount of personal selections you have authorized will be collected and held with your Builder Deposit. This deposit is usually 20%, but can vary based on mortgage qualification and contingency status. Please consult with your mortgage representative to discuss your options before your Design Studio appointment. |
