Important Information regarding the Design Studio and your Appointments Whether you are building your home from the ground up, or are purchasing a completed showcase home, your home buying experience would not be complete without a personal design consultation with your neighborhood designer. Here is some general information about the process and procedures for making your design selections at the Touchstone Homes Design Studio:

Appointment Scheduling

After you have chosen your home and written a contract, a member or our design team will be contacting you to schedule your group and/or your individual appointment.

Appointment Times

Appointments are generally scheduled at either 9:00 am or 2:00 pm, but we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.  We have set aside time just for you and know you will want to make full use of the allotted time, so please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.

Appointment Participants

Friends, relatives and Agents are invited to join you during your group Preview Tours.  However, your individual Design Appointments with your neighborhood Design Consultant are limited to a maximuum of two people, but all registered buyers must be present.

Design Deposit

Please remember to bring your checkbook with you to your design appointment as a deposit may be required on the items you have selected for your home.  All deposits made in the Design Studio are non-refundable.  Please refer to your Purchase and Sale Agreement for further details.

Homeowner Manual

Please be sure to bring your Touchstone Homes Homeowner manual to all appointments.
